Pelsall History Centre – Microfilm & Reader, Pelsall Civic Society

This is a project to fund the purchase of microfilm and a reader for installation at Pelsall History Centre. Pelsall Civic Society is a conservation group made up of volunteers and was set up in 1965. All members are volunteers and none are paid. The History Centre itself stands within the grounds of Pelsall Common, an area of outstanding natural beauty whose preservation, maintenance and development is the utmost priority to local people. The History Centre has once again breathed new life into what was a semi derelict building.ICET awarded at grant of £12,229 in 2004 to fund the fitting out of the History Centre within Pelsall Activity Centre.
