Penn & Common Wood – Access for All

Penn and Tylers Green Residents Society and the Woodland Trust are working together to improve and link the accessacross their two woodlands Common Wood and Penn Wood. The work is to imporve the paths in both woods. This is part of a wider partnership project providing open access to 686 acres of Chiltern Beech woodland. With this infrastructure in place providing good pathways, which is the objective of this application, we will be able to work closely with local schools to enabling the woodland to be used as a learning resource.
