Pennine Bridleway Upgrade at Holme Chapel, Burnley

The aim of the project is to upgrade a popular 1km section of the Pennine Bridleway National Trail at Holme Chapel nr Burnley to improve the drainage and surface to enable all year round safe and convenient use by horse riders, cyclists and walkers.
