Pennyburn Park ‘Weans World’

The project is based round the Club’s need to enhance the area surrounding our ‘Weans World’ Project. We are keen to maximize the impact on the landscape and encourage biodiveristy. With this proposal we wish to involve the wider community including primary schools, Local Community Wardens, Pennyburn Community Association and PRYDE as much as is possible, in carrying out environmental works. We are looking to create two community picnic areas. We are looking to plant assorted deciduous and evergreen shrubs to landscape banking and detailed areas as well as native extra heavy standard trees.
