Pensilva Park Project, Liskeard - Path and Fencing

The aim of the project is to continue to update the park making it a more safer environment for the children who use it. The applicants will lay a path around the perimeter to make it accessible to all, and will enclose the path and park with fencing which will make the area safer for all users.
