People Plants and Places at Battersea Park

This project will enable the local community to share important insights into the cultural and environmental value of plants found in Battersea Park. They will work with artists to create a permanent interpretation panel for Battersea Park which will reflect the cultural and environmental importance of plants. The project will help to foster a sense of community ownership in the park. It will significantly improve the park as a resource for the local community. A celebration event in the park will serve as a high profile way to launch the new interpretation and disseminate the findings with the wider community.
