Peterborough City Rowing Club – Clubhouse Extension

Founded in 1948, Peterborough City Rowing Club (PCRC) is an established and successful club utilising the purpose built rowing lake at Thorpe Meadows close to Peterborough City centre. The clubhouse at Thorpe Meadows was built in 1983 and extended in 1999. The Club wishes to further extend its clubhouse to cater for the increase in the number of members it has seen over the past few years, and to accommodate projections of further increases in membership in future. It is planned to achieve this in three phases:
Phase 1. Renovation of function room and upgrade in kitchen facilities.
Phase 2. Additional bay for boat storage.
Phase 3. Extension to the current Gym.
This project is for Phase 1 of the works.
