Peterborough Quakers - Greening our Heating

The overall project aims to implement four recommendations from Heat-Hack (https://heathack.org/) : thermal curtains, kitchen timing controls, air-to-air heat pump and battery storage. The works will combine the heating with an air-to-air heat-pump in the largest room with battery storage to make greater use of solar export, and cheaper, lower carbon overnight electricity. The project should cut energy costs and carbon emissions and help to make the running costs of the building more sustainable into the future.
