Phase 2 Enhancement

To expand and broaden the affordable community sports opportunities at Varley Park. Specifically to create a full sized rubber crumb all weather pitch that can be used intensively by multiple sports. Build new separate changing rooms so that females and or children can be accommodated at the same time as adults. The heating and lighting system will where possible use green energy. Build a new toilet block to cope with demand. Create a secure storage area for sports and maintenance equipment. Particulary for the golf course and canoes for use with the newly installed steps
