Phase five of building improvements

To add a glass roof and doors to the front of the building to improve insulation, appearance and security of the building. It will also improve the amenities offered by the building as another room/space will be created. This addresses the most serious deficiency in the appearance and usability of our landmark building. It is part of the most visible aspect of the building which is seen by thousands of the general public each day.
