Pheasey Community Hub, Great Barr - New Roof (005909)

This project will replace the damaged and leaking roof, which is over the main building. In severe weather the roof leaks into the main rooms which causes events to be cancelled, leaving many members of our community without access to social activities.. This project proposal involves repair and replace the buildings damaged and leaking roof ,as necessary to restore the centre to full working order and promote further use of this partly newly refurbished facility.
