Pinhoe Target Sports Club, Exeter - Link & Access

Having built 3 new ranges there is a need to link the "old" club with the "new". This will allow transit between the facilities without the need to go outside which is beneficial for wheelchair users. Access to the site also needs upgrading to allow easy access for all users.
