Provision of a walkable and cycle-abled path,avoiding a dangerous road on a major cycle route leading from Dundee to Strathmartine.

Carry out drainage works and path restoration to level with culverts, to feed seepage water into ditches to allow preparation for major bitmac sustainable cycle and walking path.
