Play Area Disabled Accessible Swing, Messing Cum Inworth Parish Council, Colchester

This is a project to install a long-awaited DDA swing that has been initiated as a result of a discussion between the Parish Council and a resident who asked if they could install a swing that her disabled child could use and therefore, be part of play and meetings in the park with other children.
