Play Lab Local self help initiative

Recycle through play: expand an existing centralised scrap store through the estalishment of ‘mini’ outreach centres (play labs) within four local community centres. These satellite play schemes will educate local childrenand teenagers in the creative and beneficial re-use of commercial trade waste materials within calderdale.
