Play Park Project

The project aims to improve a purpose built play area by purchasing and installing additional play equipment. The play facilities will: • increase the opportunities for children to play out more in a safe and welcoming environment; • improve and maintain the aesthetic quality of the local area; • improve and protect the built and social environment within the local area; • improve the physical, social & emotional development of children & young people; • reduce crime and help to build a safer community; • discourage anti-social behaviour; and • enhance the health, safety & wellbeing of the local community.
