Playability

The project is based around the club’s ever increasing participation levels, and the need for us to provide playing , training and activity areas all year round. Thanks in some part to the west scotland climate this is proving more and more difficult although the additional usage of these areas are the main contributory factors.
our membership levels and facility usage has almost doubled in the past 3 years and shows no sign of abating. We are very conscious of the need to improve the quality and playability of these areas but as ever the cost to us is prohibitive and potential funders and partners are becoming more and more difficult to source.
The area is approximately 600m2 and currently can only be used during the late spring and summer months due to poor drainage and uneven surface. we would plan to carry out renovation work to these areas allowing for all year round use.
