Playground Expansion and Refurbishment

The purpose of the project is to expand the existing playground equipment and refurbish the current equipment to better meet the needs of all ages and abilities. The project will add the following equipment to the playground provided by Playdale. Toddler climbing structure Basket swing High climbing net Timber trail Tarmac under basketball hoop and replace hoop Add Picnic tables Extend fences play area. The project will also repair, refurbish and repaint the current play equipment much of which is over 30 years old including a much loved old fashioned horse. The project will also support the community who are building a BMX track on a corner area of the recreation ground. This project will update and improve these much loved facilities.
