Pleshey Refurbishment & Additions at the Retreat House.

The project is for the refurbishment within the Retreat House and the building of an additional Meeting Room and upgraded toilets, internal doors and provide a bedroom for the disabled. Funding is proposed for the refurbishment and upgrading cost only.
