Plumpton Tennis Courts and Candles

To upgrade court 3, add a new court 4 and put floodlights in for both courts. This will give us “twin” courts which are suitable for coaching, matches, competitions and public hire. This will enable us to fulfil our aim of increasing membership and the number of people who play tennis and allow disabled access. The additional courts also mean our capacity to have both club and public events/use running at the same time is increased, as is our ability to run LTA competitions in the future. We will also be able to better accommodate visits from schools, playgroups and youth groups. This project is being run alongside a project to build a new clubhouse, which will also enhance the use of the club.
