Plymouth Safety Boat Refurbishment Project

Replace the inflatable tubes on 2 of the club's safety boats and replace the engines and mechanical equipment on all 3, (2 of which are currently unusable due to engine failure). This would give all the craft at least another 10 year lease of life.
