Pond Creation / Access Improvements at Corsehillmuir Wood

This waterlogged native woodland contains a few small Sphagnum rich ponds. The project is to increase the pond coverage as well as to diversify the types of pond present. This would also provide a solution to an access related issue. In the process of creating a pond the excavated material will be used to build up an earth path to join together the 2 ends of an existing path.
