Porth Resevoir Environmental Improvements

To open up access to the environment around Porth Resevoir to the general public and the disabled. Work to include the creation of new footpaths and restoration of existing pathways. Paths to be constructed for wheelchair users and provision of a disabled fishing peg/platform.
