Portland Inn Project - Phase One

Phase One of a three phase project to renovate the Portland Inn into a creative and community centre with social space, workshop, community kitchen, community roof top garden and residency flats (occupied by artists, designers and community workers who share their skills with the local community). Phase One is a vital, physical adjustment to the building - laying the foundations for the next phases of renovation and will create the buildings substtructure - excavations, underpinning works, foundations and basement retaining walls and damp proofing measures.
