Portsmouth Cricket Club, Portsmouth - Cricket Practice Facility replacement (008203)

The current all-weather practice area is built on an unsuitable concrete base that is impermeable, un-even, and torn creating trip hazards and dangerous physical activity conditions. It lacks drainage, causing water to sit on the surface and run off onto the grass pitch, making growth/cutting difficult, this causes groups unable to use the facility due to safety concerns. The project will replace the existing base with a permeable, all weather surface, alongside enclosed netting, ensuring safe practice and increased physical activity for users.
