Preston Crescent Recreation and Garden Project

The project will undertake the refurbishment of the existing play area to the current European Standards with a substantial increase in play value. The play area will also be accessible within the requirements of the DDA. In addition to the play area the project will include the creation of a community garden area providing an area of passive recreation. The garden includes raised beds, which may provide an opportunity for community involvement with the planting. The main structural planting will include the creation of grass and wildflower areas with the site being screened with a variety of tree species
