Preston Patrick Memorial Hall – new roof and insulation

A recent building survey identified that this hall, built in 1928 requiries considerable building works and a drive towards energy efficiency. This project will involve insulating and re-roofing the building. This will make the hall a more pleasant and comfortable environment for hall users and encourage additional community groups to use the facility.
