Printfield Greenspace Project

The project will improve a small area of greenspace with a kickabout area, play equipment including goal nets. There are ambitious plans to raise funds to put new play equipment into the site. It is surrounded on three sides by flats mostly owned by the local authority. Many local children, from a young age, use this area because it is overlooked by the flats on either side, it is considered safe to use. The proposal is to plant around 30 trees to “soften” the landscape. Consultation will be undertaken with the local community prior to planting.
