Project Club House – Wrekenton Nou Camp – No Current Facilities

The proposal will take the form of 4no. modular units being constructed off-site before being delivered & craned into place & combined together to form a rectangular building unit. The unit will include space for community activities & shelter, a small kitchenette, an administration office, toilets & storage. It will also include space & hard surface paving for external seating with anti-vandal benches. The unit will only be one storey & sit alongside the topography meaning long views from the residential area not obstructed The project is to establish club identity, improve welfare facilities and enhance the ability of the club to function as a community hub therefore increasing footfall and dwelling time on site for players, spectators and the community to generate additional income to support the development of the charity to be sustainable and grow its provision.
