Project Pathfinder: Evaluating localised Waste Services in Barton Hill

One aspect of the New Deal Pathfinder in Barton Hill is to foster local involvement in the delivery of waste services, and to tailor these services to the needs of the area. The proposed project will evaluate this initiative
