Proposed Ground Improvements to playing fields

There is an ever increasing demand for quality playing and training areas that can be well maintained and are therefore available 12 months of the year. The inclement Scottish weather currently restricts use of an area of land at local playing fields maintained by Kilwinning Community Sports Club.
The area to be improved is just over 6,500 sq.m. and at the moment only a small section can be used during the summer months because of poor drainage and surface condition.
it is intended to carry out improvement works, including drainage to allow for extended use and, in turn, providing quality playing facilities for our members and the wider community.
