Proposed Multi-Media Safety Centre at Southend Fire Station

To convert an existing garage at the rear of Southend Fire Station into a multi media safety centre to provide interactivefire & road safety education for young people, particularly those who been involved in anti-social behaviour, hoax emergency calls, vandalism, arson, joy-riding and graffiti, with a view to promoting an understanding of the effects of such actions and improving citizenship among young people.
