Protecting Integrity of Historical Building Gunsgreen House

Gunsgreen House is of significant historical interest and in order to protect the integrity of this Grade A listed historical building the following work is required repairs to the roof, the repointing of the windows, outside painting of the building, windows and doors , upgrade to cellar tanking (all required to stop the water ingress). An upgrade to the house heating control systems, and the sewage pumps system are also required to ensure that the building is adequately heated to prevent issues with dampness and sewage build up.
