Provide, Maintain and Improve Whepstead Community Centre

Installation of accessible toilet and access to building, refurbishment of 1960's toilets to bring into line with current requirements and extension to provide replacement meeting room and lobby with cloakroom and post office facility. LTCS monies not to fund post office facility.
