Provide vehicle access and parking, together with a pedestrian walkway to a new football pitch.

To provide a compacted tarmac driveway with parking facilities, including well lit access to a disabled parking area all leading to a new football pitch. There would also be a pedestrian walkway to the side and main entrances to this pitch. The lighting would consist of 4 x 30m security lights and lamp posts along the area. These would work on daylight sensors and timers, with an override switch in the main club room. New kerbing and 2m high fencing would be installed. At the finish of all this work the surrounding grounds would be put back to its original condition.
