Providing New Lavatories and Kitchen for WI Hall

To demolish the existing rear part of Sawtry WI Hall and to build a new single-storey extension, consisting of (i) two new toilets (one suitable for disabled wheelchair users); and (ii) an extended kitchen area, so creating a much enhanced community building.
