Providing new picnic and play area at Burscough Cricket Club

The project will involve filling in the dry part of the existing overgrown pond area and replacing this with a new family picnic and play area that will be permanently accessible from the canal towpath. Project phases will comprise:
•Filling in the left hand side of the existing pond area and grassing this over to create a new picnic area
•Purchasing 3 picnic benches
•Purchasing 3 litter bins
•Installing signage
•Purchasing a rotary mower to maintain the area
