Provision for General Upkeep and Maintenance of Lower Moor Farm

To complement the Lower Moor Farm biodiversity project by making provision for bird hide and interpretation items, provision of car parking area, demolition/refurbishment of derelict buildings, petrol cement mixer and other items necessary for the day to day upkeep of the project, an education/visitor room, education staff and an ‘onsite’ general builder responsible for the general maintenance of the site
