Provision of a Children’s Play Area on Englefield Green Village Green

This project seeks funding for the provision of a children’s play area on the village Green in Englefield Green. Located in the heart of the village the Green currently only offers a small toddler play area and local children are campaigning vigourously for the provision of equipment for older children.
Specifically, the project will include the supply and installation of a multi activity unit, swings, roundabout, safety surfacing, fencing, access path and lighting to extend use of the play area. Provision of CCTV to deter vandalism is also within the scope of the scheme
