Provision of a community amenity to enhance community engagement and facilitate the restoration of The Herefordshire and Gloucestershire Canal and increase biodiversity in the surrounding area

An amenity accessible to all groups in the local communities, particularly those who are disadvantaged. The aim is to enable groups to use the canal for their own activities and learn new skills by providing them with the facilities they require, and to encourage the local communities to engage more with the environment and wildlife on a heritage site. The area will be landscaped in such a way to increase and enhance the biodiversity of the area.
