Provision of a full catering kitchen

Over £300,000 has now been invested in the refurbished Assembly Rooms. For catering, only a basic service bar exists. The realisation of the full potential of the Rooms now requires the creation of a full catering kitchen, which will allow events to be staged and bookings to be achieved which require catering. This will significantly increase use of the Rooms.
