Provision of additional public viewing facility

Due to the increasing numbers of visitors to the Woolston Eyes Nature Reserve it is necessary to improve the current viewing facilities (max seating of 5 only) by the provision of a new hide in the centre of no. 3 bed. The existing hide will be relocated in the bed to further enhance viewing.
