Provision of Adventure Play Area at Bishops Way Open Space, Egham

This project forms part of a larger scheme to regenerate Bishops Way Open Space todeliver a range of recreational facilities for all ages. Plans have been drawn up following extensive consultation with the local community. The project involves provision of an adventure play area catering for children 6 - 12 years. Equipment will include a net pyamid, swings, carousel, roundabout and cable rider. An access path, safety surfacing and fencing are included within the scheme There is currently inadequate provision for this age group within the community, which is a recognised deprived area with a disproportionately high young family demographic..
