Provision of Essential Improved Car Parking Facilities at Moss Bank Mission, St Helens

This is a project to provide more adequate car parking for the local and wider community that use Moss Bank Mission. Until recently the Mission had use of the neighbouring pub car park. However, the pub has recently closed and been sold for development and now there is insufficient car parking available for the many users that visit the Mission on a regular basis for its wide range of classes and activities.
