Provision of Light Weight Dragon Boats and Training Accessories

We want to provide greater access to the sport by providing lightweight dragon boats paddles and bouyancy aids that can easily be handled by novices, youth groups (such as the Scouts and Cadets) and the disabled. Currently we have to limit use as the boats we have are old and heavy and not condusive to creating the fun environment that enages the participants.
