Provision of Toilet Facility on Community Plot, Rob Lane Allotments Association, Newton-le-Willows, St Helens

This is a project to provide toilet facilities for the school children, allotment users and members of the public at the community allotment plot at Rob Lane Allotments in Newton-le-Willows. The plot has been adapted for wheelchairs, but a toilet is needed.
