Provision of Viewing and Picnic Area

The object of this project is to transform a sloping area of rough waste ground overlooking the harbour into an area which can be enjoyed by families, organised groups and individuals alike for the simple pleasure of viewing the area and by the provision of suitable benches and tables to be used as a picnic area.
