Public amenity works in the field at the rear of Burns Cottage in Alloway

The project is to have levelled and made suitable for public amenity use – including free public access during poetry festivals and other marquee-based events – to the upper section of the field to the rear of Burns Cottage in Alloway. With these works completed, this area will offer NTS a space where marquee-based events such as poetry festivals can be held,. The works will benefit NTS both in enabling wider access – including free public access – participation and increased income.
