Public engagement: interpretation and displays at Westonbirt Arboretum

To increase opportunities for learning and engagement at Westonbirt, the National Arboretum. New interpretation hotspot signs in key areas and digital displays in hub areas will allow for up to date and changeable interpretation, which will provide learning and engagement opportunities for all visitors – returning visitors, new visitors and those who do not engage with traditional signage. This project responds to a need identified through numerous surveys, comments and verbal responses from our members and visitors, as well as feedback from VisitEngland, all of which suggest that this new interpretation would be of huge benefit in assisting us with our mission of ‘connecting people with trees’ to the fullest extent possible.
