Purchase Cleeve Hill River Meadow

To purchase an 8acre River Meadow in North Littleton to continue to manage the site as a traditional floodplain hay meadow. This site is one of a series of meadows including our own Littleton River Meadow purchased with LCF monies in 2018. This new meadow offers a fantastic oportunity to increase the area of land managed for rare wildflower-communities which once characterised the Avon floodplains. We will use seed from our nearby site to further enhance the grassland flora which will benefit many birds and insects which rely on this habitat.
